Terms of Service
1. Service Description
The TRX Resource Platform ("Platform", "we", "us") provides the following services on the TRON blockchain:
- Sensei Wallet -- A cryptocurrency wallet service accessible via Telegram bot and web interface, supporting TRX and USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON network, plus a limited set of assets on other supported chains. No other TRC-20 token is supported, and tokens sent to a deposit address that are not on the supported list are not detected or credited automatically.
- Resource Marketplace -- A marketplace for purchasing TRON Energy and Bandwidth resources.
- TRX Staking Pool -- A staking service where users deposit TRX into a managed staking pool.
- Partner API -- A programmatic interface for third-party integrations.
- Telegram Bot Interfaces -- Bot-based access to wallet, resource purchasing, staking, and account management.
- MiniApp -- A Telegram MiniApp interface providing wallet and platform functionality.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
The Platform is not offered to residents or nationals of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions by OFAC, European Union, United Kingdom, or United Nations. This includes North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. This is an obligation on you rather than a control we operate: the Platform performs no geographic or nationality check, so nothing technically prevents access from a restricted jurisdiction. Breaching this is grounds for termination and refusal of service.
2.3 Compliance with Local Law
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Account and Access
3.1 Account Creation
Accounts are created when you first interact with the Platform through the Telegram bot, MiniApp, or web interface.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
- Safeguarding any API keys, tokens, or credentials issued to you
- All activity that occurs under your account
3.3 Identity Verification
We may require identity verification (KYC) based on your transaction volume, risk profile, or applicable regulatory requirements.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual or entity may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions is prohibited.
4. Wallet Services
4.1 Custody
When you deposit funds into a Platform-managed wallet address, the Platform holds those funds in custody on your behalf.
Your funds are pooled, not segregated. Deposits are swept into shared Platform hot wallets and held together with those of other users. Your entitlement is a balance in our custody ledger, not a specific on-chain address reserved for you. We do not hold client money in an account segregated from our own assets. A reconciliation process compares recorded balances against on-chain holdings every ten minutes and freezes the platform if it detects a shortfall of more than 10% of recorded user balances.
4.2 Supported Assets
On the TRON network the Platform supports TRX and USDT (TRC-20) only. Other chains carry their own limited asset lists. The list may change at our discretion with notice.
4.3 Deposits
Deposits are credited once the transaction reaches the confirmation depth required for that network. The depth differs per chain and the current figure for the network you are using is shown on the deposit screen; on TRON it is 10 confirmations. Solana and TON are not depth-based -- Solana credits at the finalized commitment and TON on inclusion in a masterchain block.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed through the signing infrastructure. Large withdrawals (above 10,000 USDT equivalent) require two-person operator approval.
4.5 Transaction Finality
All on-chain transactions are final once confirmed on the TRON blockchain.
5. Resource Marketplace
5.1 Resource Delegation
Energy or Bandwidth purchased through the marketplace is delegated to your designated TRON address for the agreed rental period.
5.2 Rental Periods
Delegations are for fixed durations and automatically reclaimed at expiry.
5.3 Pricing
Prices are determined by the pricing engine based on pool utilization, network conditions, and volume. Quoted prices are valid for the specified duration.
5.4 No Guaranteed Returns
Resource pricing and availability are subject to TRON network conditions.
6. Staking Pool
6.1 Staking Mechanism
TRX deposited into the staking pool is staked via TRON Stake 2.0 to acquire Energy resources, which are monetized through the marketplace.
6.2 Unstaking
Unstake requests are subject to the TRON network's 14-day waiting period.
6.3 Reward Distribution
Staking rewards are distributed periodically (currently daily). The staker share is currently 60% of pool revenue.
6.4 Risk Disclosure
Staking involves risk. The value of TRX may fluctuate. Rewards are not guaranteed.
7. Fees
The Platform charges fees including resource purchase markup, withdrawal processing fees, platform share of staking revenue, and Partner API transaction fees. Network fees are separate. Fee schedules may be modified at any time.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for:
- Money laundering
- Terrorism financing
- Sanctions evasion
- Fraud or impersonation
- Market manipulation
- Transaction structuring
- Unauthorized access
- Exploitation of vulnerabilities
- Automated abuse
- Facilitating illegal activity
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be submitted through our Telegram support channel; we operate no ticketing system, and any response time we mention is an intention rather than a measured commitment. Unresolved disputes may be escalated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Class action waiver applies.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, failed KYC, sanctions flags, or legal requirements. Upon termination, you have 30 days to withdraw remaining funds.
12. Data Handling
Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the bot, web interface, and notification system.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AML Policy, constitute the entire agreement. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
